Existing order questions

If you purchased with MyCommerce.com (including Share-it and element 5), you can log on to the MyCommerce.com self-service portal to manage your orders and subscriptions. Please use request login via the email used to order, if you don’t have a password. Customer Self-Service

How many copies should I purchase?

You need to purchase one copy of Developer License per developer on the project. In other words, each developer within your organization must obtain an individual license for Clever Components products.

Depending on the size of your organization and number of copies you wish to obtain, you may find the Company License a more cost effective method of purchasing Clever Components products. Company License allows you to install unlimited copies of Clever Components products in your company.

Multi-User discounts

We offer additional discounts when purchasing more than one license for your development team. If you buy 2, or more licenses, you get 5% discount for ordered products.

12-Month subscription

Clever Components licenses its software components and development technologies on a subscription basis. A subscription lasts for a 12 month period.

When you purchase a subscription, you will receive product updates and new versions as they become available for a 12 month period from your original purchase date.

Upon expiration of a subscription, you can renew your license for an additional 12 months at 45% discount.

If you don't want to renew your subscription, you can continue using all licensed components and tools without further payment. If you allow a subscription to lapse and do not renew after 12 months, you can still update your subscription at a later time at a higher price. The renewal cost will increase on a monthly basis and become the full price on the 24th month after the purchase.

Upgrade / Renewal extends your free updates and support for a further Year.
