Compatible with Most Popular News Readers

The NNTP Server component allows you to create your own News services which are fully compatible with most popular news client tools such as Outlook Express or Thunderbird. It can send a list of all available Newsgroups to the client or select only recent groups and news. The client can subscribe to the groups of his interest, and read the articles in that group. An extended set of commands such as XOVER and XHDR are supported.

Event-driven architecture for managing Articles and Mews Groups

The NNTP Server component provides advanced set of events. When users connect to your server, events are fired to retrieve articles, post new articles, check headers, etc.

On each client action NNTP Server will fire appropriate event where you can internally handle the action, return necessary data and specify positive or negative result. You can store your articles to a database, to files on the disk or keep all articles and news groups in memory.
