Simulate Web Submit File

This is an original web page which can submit a file from user to web server. We introduced the VCL executable demos program available at SubmitFile.zip which can simulate the file submit action occured on the "Upload File" button click. This code uses the HTTP POST method to send a file as multipart content to web server specified.
